We build autonomous spacecraft, advanced payloads, mission software, and space-based interceptors — enabling the U.S. and its Allies to secure the space environment and counter threats from the ultimate high ground.True Anomaly values creativity and ingenuity, challenges assumptions to deliver ambitious results, and believes that our team is our competitive advantage and we are better together.As a Global Supply Manager at True Anomaly, you will report to the Manager, Global Sourcing and be a trusted partner to design, build, scale, and manage the Supply Chain function from the ground up. You will formulate processes, implement systems, and lead a supplier base to execute at scale, enabling the development of our groundbreaking technologies that redefine space security.Responsibilities:Partner with Manager, Global Sourcing in development and implementation of a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with True Anomaly's objectives, focusing on scalability, compliance, and resilienceOversee demand planning, inventory management, and procurement to support production schedules and mitigate risksBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring quality standards, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery schedulesMonitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actionsDetermine key supply chain metrics and build actionable reporting for consumption by Senior and Executive LeadershipEnsure compliance with industry regulation and quality standards, particularly those specific to the aerospace sector (i.e. AS9100)Partner with legal team to ensure supply chain complies with regulatory requirements including ITAR and export control lawsIdentify and mitigate risks in supply chain, ensuring operational continuity and robust contingency planningCollaborate with engineering, program management, production, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with project timelines and budgetsDetermine process and policy requirements needed to ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and partner with broader organization on implementationQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field5-10 years of supply chain management experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, or technology manufacturingProven track record of developing and managing supplier relationships in a complex, fast-paced environmentDeep understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planningProficiency in supply chain management software suite of systemsFamiliarity with regulatory requirements in Aerospace & Defense manufacturing, including ITAR and DFARS complianceExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a desire to collaborate cross-functionallyResults-driven mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvementAbility to thrive in a dynamic, startup environment paired with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsCompensation:Base Salary: $85,000-$160,000Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental LeaveYour actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.Additional Requirements:Work Location — this a fully onsite position based out of our Centennial, CO or Long Beach, CA office.Work environment — the work environment; temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will affect the person's working conditions while performing the job.Physical demands — the physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting and driving.
