Munson OMH is looking to bring on CRNA's for their full time need starting ASAP. Monday-Friday with 6 call shifts/month.

Practice Setting: Anesthesia coverage for the hospital

Schedule (Shifts/Hours): 
\n

6:45a-3:15p (with .5 lunch 8hr total) and 6:45a-5:15p (with .5 lunch 10hr total)

\n

Call Preferred - 6 call shifts/month - Weekend call is Fri (3p or 7p) to Mon (7a).  Mon-Thur call is 7a-7a.

\n

Call at OMH is Beeper call.  If it is a weekday the provider on call will be covering a room during the day.   M-F The ORs operate from 7am - 5 pm with the first cases starting at 0730.   They run 2 rooms til 5 pm and 3 rooms until 3 pm during the week.   There is only one call team available after 5 pm on the weekdays, holidays and weekends.

Documentation System/EMR: Meditech
\n Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: TBD, call coverage only
\n Trauma Level/Designation:  Trauma Level 4
\n Annual ER Volume: Approximately 19,000 annually 
\n Description of OR Staff: Traditional tech, RN
\n Number of Operating Rooms:  5 OR's 2 procedure rooms
\n Will you Accept Providers Needing to Obtain State License?:  Yes
\n Certification Requirement (BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.):  BLS and ACLS
\n Training or Experience Required (Will You Accept New Grads?): No, we prefer experienced providers capable of servicing  level 4 trauma facility with heavy general surgery and GYN, labor & delivery
\n Patient Age Demographic (Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric): Primarily Adult, pediatrics are transferred out
\n Procedures Required:  General Surgical Cases ADULT, Minor Nerve Blocks, IV Regional anesthesia
\n Procedures Required (cont.): Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, Obstetrical Cases
