Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician for our Memory Care community. In this role, you’ll safely administer medications, follow physicians’ orders, and accurately document in eMAR systems while closely monitoring residents for changes in condition. You’ll support residents with dementia using person-centered approaches, assist with daily living needs, and partner with nurses, families, and care teams. You’ll also help maintain a safe, clean environment, follow infection control and HIPAA standards, and contribute to a warm, engaging, resident-first culture focused on dignity and respect.
