The Role
As a Junior Transaction Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone of our business, taking contracts from execution to the closing table while driving our nationwide expansion.
You won't just push paperwork—you'll act as a strategic problem solver. A massive part of this role involves constantly sourcing, vetting, and building relationships with new, investor-friendly title companies across our active markets nationwide. When messy title issues, probate hurdles, liens, or chain-of-title defects pop up, you'll need to think outside the box, get creative, and find solutions to keep deals alive.
This role is fast-paced, highly analytical, and requires someone who thrives on navigating complex logistical challenges with absolute confidence from a home office environment.
Responsibilities
Actively source, vet, and build relationships with new, investor-friendly title companies and closing attorneys across our nationwide markets
Master the process of vetting title companies to ensure they understand assignment of contracts, double closes, novations, and fast turnaround times
Navigate and resolve messy title issues—including probate, estate hurdles, liens, judgments, and complex chain-of-title defects
Think outside the box and apply creative problem-solving strategies to rescue troubled files and salvage deals that other coordinators would give up on
Manage transactions smoothly from signed contract to closing, coordinating closely with sellers, buyers, title agents, and internal teams
Maintain meticulous organization across a high volume of active files nationwide, ensuring zero deadlines are missed
Review contracts, settlement statements, and closing documents for complete accuracy
Proactively communicate updates to internal departments and stakeholders to keep operations moving at lightning speed
Be available for occasional weekend calls when urgent closing situations require immediate attention
What We're Looking For
Previous real estate transaction coordination, title, escrow, or operations experience
A proven track record of researching, vetting, and onboarding new vendor relationships (specifically title companies)
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a knack for thinking outside the box to clear messy title blocks
Highly organized with an obsession for detail in a high-volume environment
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Calm, confident, and solution-oriented under tight closing deadlines
Coachable, dependable, and eager to scale alongside a fast-growing company
Comfortable working full-time in a remote work environment
Compensation & Growth
$40,000 base salary + 1% commission tied to successful closings
Performance review after 6–12 months with the opportunity for increased commission structure
